Senior interior designer

Full time role, with some flexibility.
Creating and maintaining clear lines of communication and conducting regular staff briefings.
Senior interior design background essential.
Probably from a leading creative agency, rather than a D&B background.
Extensive and current workplace experience.
May currently be an account handler or strategic workplace specialist.
Looking to create and develop a role alongside two London based directors.
Establish a design team in London in due course.
Flexible worker who is able to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
Will involve some hands-on design work but mainly will be supported by a team of workplace specialists, designers, technicians and project managers.
Client facing to highest seniority.
Uphold a cohesive and consistent design language across the brand.
Alongside the design director develop internal design standards and processes to achieve a continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
Delivering strategy and designs in accordance with the client’s requirements on time and to budget.
Working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels in the business.
Supervising and checking the work of their team.
Running the development of pitches and presentations.
Assisting in business development and planning.
Assisting in brand marketing and general representation of the company.
