The store design and development team are the minds behind Aesop stores across the Americas. As the store maintenance coordinator, you will play an integral role within the design team to support and maintain the spaces. You will have regular contact with both Aesop store managers, and external stakeholders. You will be the lead in ensuring spaces run smoothly, and that maintenance tasks are executed to exceptional standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- you will lead all maintenance and minor works across Americas retail doors
- you will be the main contact point for external contractors, stores and retail teams for design and construction queries
- you will be the lead planned build improvements in Aesop stores
- you will track and communicate progress actions to the retail teams
- you will partner with finance to shape the Americas’ maintenance budgets
You are an experienced maintenance or construction professional with at least one years’ experience in the field. You have a strong eye, are execution-focused, and have excellent organization, and stakeholder management skills. You are a forward thinker who looks to initiate process improvements, as well as quickly to maintenance issues that arise.
