David Chipperfield Architects is hiring a 3D visualiser to join its team in London.

This is a full time, permanent role that would suit a skilled visualiser who is passionate about architecture and who shares the creative ambitions of our practice. You will be part of a dedicated team of visualisers who work as valued members of our design teams creating 2D/3D images and diagrams for a variety of project stages. You will assist less experienced architectural colleagues using visualisation programmes, sharing your knowledge and expertise. You will contribute to the ongoing digital design development of the practice by testing new software and ways of working.

You need to be passionate about design and architecture and be able to demonstrate the ability to consistently create high quality architectural visuals. The ideal candidate will be highly creative and confident with a superb eye for composition and a wide range of 3D skills and techniques.

Proven experience and solid working knowledge of Rhino, 3DS Max, V-Ray or Corona render, plus Photoshop and Illustrator are desirable and additional experience of MicroStation 3D, Enscape, After Effects, Premiere Pro.

You will have a depth of architectural visualisation expertise and experience, ideally having worked on medium to larger scale projects, complex building typologies, and a range of international projects.

You will need to have experience in modelling, texturing, lighting,  camera set-up as well as rendering and post production.

This role is located in our London UK office (some home working is allowed on a hybrid model of some in office and some at home), excellent English language skills both spoken and written are required.
