Shading Specialists is hiring a sales administrator to join its team in Hertfordshire, UK.

We are searching for a new member to join our team in our team as an administrator focusing on the estimation process.

Please note this is an introductory role into soft furnishings, motorised and manual systems. Training provided and learning on the job.

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and must be a team player. Please note, this is a role in which we are looking for a long term committed individual who will stick with the job and commit to the learning process. The company offers very attractive benefits and working environment.

Your role will include:

  • raising new quotes and invoices and also amending existing
  • advising customers with regards to product suitability
  • arranging samples
  • answering phones

You will be required to gain knowledge and experience within the company for the long term which includes attending training sessions and seminars.
