Residential architect/ architectural designer
Bastion is looking for a residential architect/architectural designer to join its team remotely.
We are looking for chartered architects, architectural technicians or suitably experienced designers to run regional studios throughout the UK. Successful applicants will be responsible for overseeing all projects in their designated area. Candidates should be able to deliver creative solutions, have a good understanding of permitted development and planning legislation, be well organised and self motivated.
Bastion Architecture is an established and well respected practice providing an approachable, honest and creative design service specialising in residential projects between £150-750k. Their aim is to become ‘the’ trusted, and most respected provider of innovative design services in the UK. With Head offices in Hampshire, Bastion are looking to expand their geographical range by offering franchise opportunities to experienced professionals with an aligning ethos.
Responsibilities include:
- overseeing all projects from concept to completion in your designated region
- manage the day to day admin of your regional office
- provide creative and high quality design solutions, planning advice and technical drawings
- provide excellent customer service
Bastion will provide support, training, focused marketing, a portfolio of 100’s of projects, brand reputation, proven systems, documentation, knowledge and mentoring to enable the successful applicant to operate independently under the Bastion banner, so that they can benefit directly from their own success.
