Leadenhall Project Management is seeking a studio coordinator/office manager to join its team in London.
Leadenhall is a fast-growing construction project management firm based in Dalston, Hackney. We specialise in the delivery of commercial, education, sport and leisure, heritage and bespoke private residential developments.
Role
The studio coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day studio operations and maintaining a positive studio culture. You will assist with PR and marketing and provide support on practice admin, finance, HR and external communications.
Experience
Candidates will ideally have one year+ experience within a creative business, but this is not essential.
Responsibilities:
- support new business
- assist with PR and marketing
- assist in preparing bid submissions
- manage social media content: website (Squarespace), LinkedIn, Instagram
- support practice admin, finance and HR
- assist in financial management: invoicing and expenses
- manage CPD calendar and events
- recruitment
- health and safety
Requirements:
- London-based
- excellent spoken and written English
- exceptional organisational and communication skills
- self-motivated, driven and proactive
- ability to work well in a team and confidently as an individual
Salary is commensurate with experience.
