RAD is a planning, architecture and design firm founded by Aaron Tan in 1994. The practice sets out to redefine new architecture and urbanism for emerging cities in Asia. Its services include planning, architecture and interior design.

The studio is made up of architects, urban planners, interior designers and media researchers that work from its office in Hong Kong. Completed projects include a number of educational facilities, high-end hotels, office and residential towers and mixed-use developments.
