UNStudio is an international design studio specialising in architecture, urban design, infrastructure, product design, interior architecture, research and future trends consultancy. It recently launched UNSense, a tech startup that aims to make buildings healthier and cities smarter. 

The firm was founded in Amsterdam by Ben van Berkel and Caroline Bos in 1988. It has since opened offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Pictured above is UNStudio's design for a cultural centre and cinema as part of BIG's EuropaCity masterplan, which features three intertwined volumes of weathering steel located on the outskirts of Paris.
