We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team at 93ft – a Sheffield-based design studio known for breathing new life into spaces and brands. Who we are

We’re a multidisciplinary design studio in Sheffield with architecture, interiors, digital and brand all under one roof. We work in a building with character – an 1889 steel and iron merchant’s warehouse, now our creative hub – and we bring just as much character to our projects.

What your days might look like

You might start your day sketching a bold spatial concept over coffee, bouncing ideas amongst your team. By mid-morning, you’re walking clients through a moodboard and 3D model that captures their brand’s energy in a new and dynamic way. In the afternoon, you’re deep in collaboration – reviewing joinery drawings with our fabricators, or heading out to site to make sure the space feels right in person, not just on paper.

Some days you’ll be leading the conversation. Other days you’ll be mentoring junior designers, helping them level up their craft. You’ll shape stories through space – always with detail, always with direction, and always with heart.

What you bring to the table

You’ve done the big ideas and the detail work. You know how to bring concept and craft together – and you love the process. You understand the power of lighting, texture, materiality and layout to shift how people feel in a space. You’re as comfortable pulling together a winning pitch deck as you are getting into the technical drawings.

Clients trust your instincts. Makers love your ideas. And your team knows you’ve got their back – because you lead with care, not ego.

• a portfolio packed with standout commercial interiors
• a love of modelling in SketchUp
• strong Vectorworks and Adobe Suite skills (2D and 3D)
• confidence leading projects and people
• a deep curiosity for materials, craft and detail
• comfort in front of clients and on site
• vision, ambition and a love for great design

What we offer:

• £37.5k to £42.5k salary with company performance-based bonuses
• we’re an Employee Owned Business – you’ll be part of it
• 25 days per annum plus bank holidays which fall on your normal working days (including three of four days which will be automatically deducted for Christmas Shutdown)
• pension scheme (5 per cent employee/3 per cent employer)

Step 1 – internal resume review, if selected we will contact you to arrange an in person interview.

Step 2 – informal interview on site, with our head of interior to discuss your experience and we can provide further information on the company and role.

Step 3 – live 90-minute ideation session with head of interior and junior designer on site based on a brief set by a client.

Step 4 – meeting with managing director, head of interior and wider team.

This is our ideal interview process and what we’re aiming to work within. That being said, we may need to make relative adjustments through the process, and we’ll endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.

We are hoping to appoint our new Senior Interior Design by early Summer 2025.
