ACH Architects is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant/Part 3 architect to join its team in London.
ACH Architects is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant or Part 3 architect to join its London office full time from July.
ACH is an architecture and interior design studio currently working on an exciting range of high-end residential and mixed-use projects in the UK and abroad. The approach we take is holistic, contextual and sustainable with an emphasis on elegant design. We value imaginative craftsmanship and utilise tailored solutions to add value to our projects.
The role
This role is a great opportunity for someone who takes initiative, is technically proficient, organised, and self-motivated. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience of RIBA stage 4 and are comfortable with detail and technical drawing. As a small studio you’ll be a part of every aspect of the design process, from concept to completion, providing you with the chance to play a key role in the continued growth of the company as well as within your own practice.
Key responsibilities:
- working on RIBA stage 4 packages
- technical drawings
- answering tender queries
- visiting site and liaising with clients and contractors
- specifying products
You should have:
- excellent design and technical skills
- minimum of three years’ industry experience
- proficiency in Revit, AutoCad and Adobe Suite
- experience in developing construction drawings
- RIBA stage 4 experience
- apositive attitude, good team-working skills and self-motivated
- good organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- excellent communication and a good command of both written and spoken English
- current eligibility to work in the UK
