ADP is looking for a talented and highly motivated Part-II architectural assistant to work at its Newcastle studio.
We are keen to hear from candidates with particular experience in commercial, healthcare, education and residential sectors.
The position would suit ambitious individuals with strong conceptual design and presentation skills, combined with excellent organisational and technical ability. You should have experience of a variety of software: a sound and practical understanding of Autodesk Revit is highly desirable. You will need a keen interest in the technical aspects of the preparation of specification writing, detailed design, and construction drawings.
Our studios are busy, thriving communities with a diverse range of high-profile ‘live’ projects in the UK. ADP specialises in a number of key sectors, including education, healthcare, commercial, residential/mixed-use and urban regeneration. We offer a healthy work/life balance (full-time staff can enjoy a three-day weekend every fortnight) and the opportunity to grow in confidence and ability through our Gold standard Investors In People and staff training programmes.
Additional benefits include: discretionary bonus; ride-to-work scheme; staff training, development and mentoring; regular CPD events, childcare voucher scheme and enhanced maternity/paternity pay.
ADP is an ambitious practice, ranked in the Top 30 of the AJ100.
We are an equal opportunities employer and an investor in people. ADP is committed to sustainability and is a certified ISO 14001 company.
