AL_A has an opportunity for an office manager to join its team in London.
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive office manager. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office, so that the team, including all directors, are able to get on with what they do best.
This is an exceptionally varied role, in a busy and creative environment for a practice that designs many iconic projects and buildings across the world. This a key role which includes making sure the office environment is in excellent shape, coordinating premises repairs and maintenance, managing events and ensuring all health and safety legislation is adhered to. You will provide IT support, maintain ISO compliance, coordinate recruitment, induct new starters and oversee the admin team.
To be successful in this position, you will be a dynamic and positive force with demonstrable written and communications skills, someone who is an unflappable multitasker who can build great relationships at all levels across the office and who is willing to get stuck in with whatever is required.
You will have:
- at least two years’ experience of working in an architectural or creative company as an office manager
- excellent interpersonal skills
- a rigorous attention to detail
- an outstanding work ethic
- and be a problem solver
