As we continue to expand our presence and portfolio of projects across the globe, we are seeking a highly capable and resourceful project assistant to support the team in delivering exceptional results.

The role

This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role ideal for someone in the early stages of their career who is eager to grow within a luxury design environment. You will work closely with the design and project leads to support the creation and delivery of high-quality client presentations, manage the day-to-day needs of the Aman Interiors studio, and ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional organisational skills, a collaborative mindset, and strong communication abilities. A background in luxury, creative, or design-led industries is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities:

  • assist in the creation of client-facing project proposals and presentations. Proficiency using Adobe InDesign is essential
  • support the team in managing timelines, deliverables, and documentation for active projects
  • organise and maintain the Aman Interiors studio, including managing material samples and coordinating with suppliers
  • coordinate meetings and project reviews, preparing necessary documents and presentation materials
  • take notes in meetings, circulate key actions, and follow up where needed to ensure timely completion
  • support internal and external communications with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers, always representing the Aman brand with professionalism and discretion
  • handle day-to-day administrative tasks that ensure the team runs smoothly, such as travel coordination, expense tracking, and meeting scheduling as needed
  • contribute to ongoing process improvement and workflow optimisation within the team
  • support leadership team as needed with schedule management, travel planning and admin tasks

Candidate profile:

  • one to two years’ experience in an assistant or project support role, ideally in a design or luxury business
  • highly organised with outstanding attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach
  • confident using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished manner
  • able to work collaboratively, handle sensitive information discreetly, and prioritise under pressure
