Anahita Rigby is seeking a Part 3 architect to join its team in London.

Start date: immediately

Full-time, 9am to 5:30pm.

Salary dependent on experience.

An exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a leading architectural and interior design studio working on high profile projects around the world. Based in the studio in central London, you will be responsible for drawing and coordinating designs with clients and on site with the design team and Anahita. We are seeking a highly organised, detail focused, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering design excellence.

Experience and qualifications:

• a minimum of one year post-Part 3 qualification with proven site experience, preferably on standalone residential projects with basement builds and roof extensions
• strong technical ability with Stage 4
• excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino/SketchUp, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
• visualisation skills a plus
• highly organised, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors and team members
• strong project management skills, with the ability to take the initiative oversee projects effectively and ensure they are delivered on time and to the highest standards
• experience with contract administration
