And Objects is seeking a showroom manager to join its team in London.

And Objects has a vacancy for an ambitious and talented showroom manager.

The showroom manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals while maintaining an exceptional client experience.

For this position, candidates should clearly show competent knowledge of the role and the And Objects brand. Be extremely organised and efficient as well as have a natural passion for great design and attention to detail. 

Responsibilities:

• use design aesthetics and background to provide the client with product selection
• complete in store transactions as well as assisting with made to order purchases, liaising between customer and head office starting with product selection, quote preparation, payment, production timings through to shipping, delivery and installation
• maintain the visual appearance of the showroom by effectively executing merchandise plans and strategies
• respond to/resolve common inquiries or complaints from clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
• assist in the management of inventory and facility upkeep to meet the needs of the store within established company standards

Requirements:

• enthusiasm for the world of furniture and interior design
• proven track record of increasing sales in a similar showroom or store
• broad knowledge of design and effective sales and specification techniques desired
• possesses a strong work ethic demonstrated by attention to detail and completion of all tasks
• proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• willing to learn and use additional administrative IT programs and applications
