Bathroom sales designer

Arch KBB is hiring a bathroom sales designer to join its team in west London.
Salary: competitive package – salary negotiable based on experience and skills; OTE £50-£70K
You must be an experienced (three years’ minimum) bathroom sales designer with proficiency in Virtual Worlds or similar design software.
We are actively seeking a talented bathroom sales designer to join our dynamic team. You should have a strong commercial focus, effectively driving clients through the design process with tailored solutions, clear communication, and adept negotiation skills. The role will require you to be proficient in designing, managing client relationships and achieving sales targets, supported by a wider team.
You will need to demonstrate your design abilities using Virtual Worlds, provide examples of recent work, and showcase your previous sales achievements. Additionally, your written and verbal communication skills need to stand out from the crowd – our clients expect the highest service levels and how we communicate reflects this.

Person profile:
- current or recent bathroom design and sales experience, using Virtual Worlds or similar design software is essential for this application
- knowledge and experience with relevant bathroom brands and aware of current bathroom designs and trends
- professional and sales-driven
- commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- willing to work weekends
- excellent people skills
- smart personal appearance
Job type: full-time, permanent (includes weekends)
Salary: negotiable based on relevant experience and skills
Schedule: five days – Monday to Saturday
Experience: bathroom design – three years required
Work location: showroom-based (west London: Hammersmith, Chiswick, Acton, Shepherd’s Bush, Kensington and Chelsea)
