Role description

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and creative kitchen sales designer to become a key part of our vibrant team. Reporting directly to the Showroom Manager, the successful candidate will play a critical role in designing customised kitchen spaces, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales within our showroom. This position demands a strong background in sales, a passion for design, and excellent communication abilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • greet and engage clients in the showroom, effectively showcasing our products and services while handling general inquiries with professionalism
  • extract and refine detailed client briefs, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and budget constraints.
  • develop precise plan drawings, elevations, 3D renders, and quotations, adhering to Arch KBB’s high standards.
  • guide clients smoothly through the design process, ensuring satisfaction and timely project completion.
  • consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and designer KPIs.
  • maintain accurate and timely updates within our CRM system.
  • contribute to lead generation and support retail sales activities within the showroom

Daily activities:

  • ensure all designs align with client budgets and the company’s sales objectives
  • work closely with the showroom manager to streamline sales processes.
  • Present designs to clients, making necessary adjustments based on feedback
  • uphold high standards to minimize errors in pricing and design details
  • engage actively with clients in the showroom, following up on proposals and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
  • lead design meetings, managing client expectations and presenting refined design solutions
  • utilise Winner software to create detailed designs and elevations, preparing clear and accurate quotes through our EQ system while guiding clients through the sign-off process
  • promote Arch KBB’s brand and offerings by engaging with the local community and design enthusiasts on social media
