We are a forward-thinking recruitment agency with a strong emerging brand in the architecture and design sectors. Our main office is located in WeWork to Moorgate Station, but we leverage the flexibility of WeWork’s All Access Memberships, giving you the freedom to work from any of their global offices as and when needed.

The role
While working with us as experienced recruitment consultant, you’ll have the freedom to operate with no billing threshold, maximising your earning potential from day one.
This role is ideal for a driven individual who already has experience in recruiting within the architecture or design industry and is looking for a more creative, flexible environment to thrive in.
You’ll have the opportunity to claim clients and candidates within the industry and build your own little recruitment business within our one.
Key responsibilities:
- client management: cultivate and manage relationships with clients in the architecture and design sectors
- candidate sourcing: identify, engage, and place top talent within the industry
- business development: leverage our brand and resources to grow your own client base and build your own little recruitment business within our one
- collaboration: work closely with our founder and other experienced recruiters to drive success across the team
What we’re looking for:
- experience: proven recruitment experience ideally within the architecture or design industry, but we are open minded to other industries
- drive: a self-starter who can hit the ground running and operate autonomously
- passion: a genuine interest in the architecture and design sectors who is prepared to throw themselves into the industry
- flexibility: comfortable with a flexible working environment and the freedom to manage your own time and workload

Ready to join us?
In the first year of the role it is realistic to earn in excess of £60,000 with your base salary, commission and discretionary bonuses combined if you are on target – you can earn much more as revenue is not capped to earnings.
