Its main office is located in WeWork next to Spitalfields and Liverpool Street, but it is able to leverage the flexibility of WeWork’s All Access Memberships, giving its team the freedom to work from any of their global offices as and when needed.

The Role
You’ll have the freedom to operate without billing thresholds, maximising your earning potential from day one. You’ll have the opportunity to claim clients within the industry and develop your own niche within our business.
Key Responsibilities
- client management: cultivate and manage relationships with clients in the architecture and design sectors.
- candidate sourcing: identify, engage, and place top talent within the industry.
- business development: leverage our brand and resources to grow your client base and develop your niche within our business.
- collaboration: work closely with our founder and experienced recruiters to drive team success.

- passion: a genuine interest in the architecture and design sectors; proven recruitment experience is a bonus.
- drive: a self-starter who can hit the ground running and operate autonomously.
- flexibility: comfortable with a flexible working environment and the freedom to manage your own time and workload.
