We operate on a four day, 30 h0ur week and the salary range is £36,000 to £46,000.

Architextures is a digital material library used by more than half a million designers each month. We make it easy for architects to integrate materials into construction drawings and help manufacturers make their products available in formats that designers need.
What you’ll be doing at Architextures
Architextures is seeking a skilled founding growth marketing manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive significant growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our digital marketing channels, including paid, social media and CRM. You will develop growth strategies, forecast and report on campaign performance and work closely with the founder to align growth efforts with broader company objectives.
This position requires an analytical mindset, a flair for creativity and a proven track record in driving successful digital marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- manage and optimise the performance of digital marketing channels
- forecast, measure and analyse digital campaign performance across the funnel
- develop and implement digital demand growth strategies for our core texture library aimed at designers
- generate and execute strategies for driving MQLs for our manufacturer’s product offering
- partner with cross-functional teams for trial conversion and activation rate improvement
- guide paid efforts across channels, balancing growth and ad spending
- oversee ad unit development, testing and analysis for continuous improvement
- manage the company newsletter and blog, create and oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring regular content that engages our audience, drives traffic and supports overall growth strategies
Essential skills and qualifications:
- at least three to five years of SaaS experience in a B2B growth marketing role
- excellent understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition and retention strategies
- experience with at least two of the following marketing channels (advertising, social media, CRM/lifecycle, content, SEO)
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
Desirable attributes:
- experience or interest in architecture, construction and design industries
- experience with Hubspot, including setting up and managing workflows and sequences
- graphic design skills are a bonus but not required
Salary: £36,000 to £46,000
