Senior visualisation artist

Arko is hiring a senior visualisation artist to join its team in London.

Arko a small but dedicated team of visualisers creating stills, VR and Animated visualisations for clients across the globe.  We are looking for a new artist to join our team who is hungry to learn and develop with our existing team.

Main responsibilities:

  • create high-quality exterior and interior CGIs, photomontages, animations, and VR sequences
  • delegate tasks and support junior members when needed
  • work closely with architects and designers to interpret design briefs and translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual narratives
  • research and Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural visualisation, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our visualisation workflows
  • collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, interior designers, and urban planners to integrate visualisations seamlessly into the design process
  • performing department administration duties and support to the team as required

Specific skills and attributes needed:

  • minimum four years’ visualisation studio experience
  • a strong portfolio of Interior and Exterior Portfolio experience across commercial and residential
  • proficient in 3DSMax, Corona (or V-Ray) and Photoshop
  • passion for creating strong marketing visuals with fantastic composition.
  • ability to create mood boards and to be aware of interior design and architectural trends
  • experience in creating VR and animation sequences
  • a confident  and collaborative approach to sharing ideas with other artists in the studio
  • ability to work within a team.
  • experience of client interaction and plus enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • great attention to detail with a thorough and methodical approach to tasks
  • good time management skills with ability to deliver to agreed deadlines

This is a London based role and applicants must be allowed to work in the UK.  Work is predominantly office-based with some hybrid options after probation.
