Ashton Architecture is hiring an architect to join its team in London.

Ashton Architecture is an emerging London-based design practice. We focus on delivering intelligent and bespoke architectural projects for Clients across residential, commercial and leisure sectors, in the UK and overseas.

We are searching for an enthusiastic team player to thrive in a busy, creative and focussed environment, who is keen to lead projects and develop professional relationships.

A strong applicant will have intuitive spatial design skills, hands-on experience in delivery at RIBA stage 4 and 5, and excellent organisational and time management discipline.

Applicant attributes:

• passion for building, construction and material detailing
• confident verbal communication skills
• experience of management responsibilities within a project team
• motivated individual driven to become part of a growing team
• proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe suite
• RIBA stage 5 and contract administration experience is required
• interest in integrating sustainable design practices across all RIBA stages of work
• previous UK office experience is essential, along with a thorough understanding of the Building Regulations
• minimum three years’ post-Part 3 experience
