Requirements:

• a bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior architecture/design
• a minimum of five years’ experience, working in high-end hospitality projects
• proven track record of delivering projects to completion
• experienced and feels comfortable in dealing with contractors, consultants, and clients as needed
• has exceptional attention to detail and good understanding of construction details in general with the ability to prepare packages for tender and construction
• ability to manage and coordinate several projects simultaneously
• fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
