Atelier001 is seeking a technical production manager to join its team in London.

Atelier001 is a lighting and furniture brand based in London, founded by Illumination Artist Eva Menz. Based in Notting Hill and distributing high-quality luxury lights internationally, this new and growing business is looking for an experienced production manager to support and optimise production processes, suppliers, processing, and delivery of orders.

This key focus of this role is to work on the technical development and continued technical optimisation of our products. You will be working alongside a second sourcing and supply manager focusing in continually improving our production process and products. You will collaborate with the internal and external production teams with good experience with component cost analysis and implementing value engineering. Very proficient use of Solidworks and manufacturing processes is essential. Three to five years experience minimum in a comparable role.

We are a small company and rapidly growing, so feeling comfortable to be hands on in a small business is crucial. This role is based in our Notting Hill  workshop, collaborating with a small assembly team, working hours are 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday with occasional duties out of hours for events and exhibitions.

We are looking for an individual with a flexible attitude, hands-on and passion for design. An inherent passion for constantly excelling the quality and optimising processes is essential. This is not a design role, much rather that of an important facilitator for smooth processes to cater to demanding production schedules and ever evolving exciting new designs.
