Role overview

Are you a graphic designer who lives and breathes visual storytelling? Do you have a passion for creating scroll-stopping content across social media and digital marketing channels?

As our junior graphic designer, you’ll collaborate with top-tier designers to bring our projects to life and ensure our visual communications pop – not just in the physical world, but online too. You’ll develop stunning assets for our luxury hotel projects and take ownership of crafting engaging, eye-catching content for our marketing and social media platforms.

Key responsibilities:

  • develop visual concepts, graphics and branding for high-end hospitality projects, ensuring they are as powerful online as they are in person
  • create and design assets for a range of marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns and web content that embody our brand’s unique visual identity
  • assist in creating visually compelling presentations, mood boards and pitch documents for client meetings and marketing initiatives
  • design content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms, helping to grow our brand’s digital presence with visually cohesive, innovative designs
  • collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with our overall design narrative and branding
  • develop bespoke typography, logos and branding elements for our projects, with a focus on both print and digital formats
  • stay on top of the latest social media and graphic design trends, ensuring our digital presence remains fresh, bold and on-trend
  • manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all social media and project deadlines are met
  • support the senior design team with a variety of design tasks that enhance our brand and marketing efforts

Key requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
  • one to two years of experience in graphic design, ideally with exposure to social media and digital marketing
  • proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • a portfolio that demonstrates your flair for social media graphics, branding and creative design
  • strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and the types of visual content that perform well on each
  • creative and detail-oriented, with excellent layout and typography skills
  • ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • knowledge of video editing, motion graphics or web design is a bonus!
