BAH Projects, a well-established hospitality construction company known for delivering landmark venues such as Maison Estelle, Annabel’s, The Ivy, Harry’s Bar, and The Wolseley, is launching a new interior design studio in London.

The studio specialises in high-end, luxury hospitality interiors and is looking for experienced designers to join our growing, dynamic team. We’re a vibrant collective of passionate creatives who thrive on collaboration, innovation, and delivering exceptional spaces.

Your role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a middleweight interior designer to join our growing team based in Victoria, London. You’ll work on luxury F&B projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone with around 5 years of experience in hospitality design. Ambitious junior designers ready to step up will also be considered.

What you’ll be doing

  • supporting senior designers and the design director from concept through to completion
  • taking a creative and detail-focused approach to all project aspects
  • creating mood boards, 2D/3D design presentations
  • ordering and collating samples, preparing finish boards
  • mentoring junior team members and providing guidance with a solutions-driven mindset
  • producing working drawings (AutoCAD plans, elevations, joinery details) and FF&E specifications
  • managing multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations
  • contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the interiors team

What you’ll need:

  • at least five years of experience in interior design, ideally across F&B and hospitality sectors
  • a strong portfolio featuring luxury hospitality/restaurant design projects
  • excellent organisational and communication skills
  • a proactive, open-minded attitude and strong team spirit
  • a passion for design and ability to work in a dynamic studio environment
  • solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and British Standards
  • proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and hand sketching (SketchUp or rendering software is a bonus)
  • fast and efficient use of AutoCAD and Photoshop – you know your shortcuts and use them well
  • strong FF&E sourcing knowledge and material sensibility
  • a degree in interior design or interior architecture
  • willingness to travel to sites when required
  • a UK resident and fluent in English
