BAH Projects is hiring a senior and associate interior designer to join its team in London.
About us
BAH Projects, a well-established hospitality construction company known for delivering landmark projects such as Maison Estelle, Annabel’s, Ivy, Harry’s Bar and the Wolseley, is launching a new interior design studio in London. The studio specialises in high-end, luxury hospitality interiors and is looking for experienced interior designers to join our growing and dynamic team. We’re a vibrant collective of passionate designers who thrive on collaboration, creativity, and inspiring environments.
Your role
As a senior interior designer, you will lead multiple high-end hospitality projects, ensuring excellence from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and the wider design and construction teams to deliver outstanding results.
What you’ll be doing:
- producing and leading the design process from concept through to completion
- managing client and consultant relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout
- preparing and reviewing design documents, technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation
- visiting sites, leading design presentations and resolving design challenges quickly through sketches
What you’ll need:
- eight plus years’ of experience in hospitality interior design, especially within restaurants
- extensive experience in RIBA stages 4–6
- strong technical knowledge of the UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, hand sketching, InDesign – SketchUp and rendering software is a plus
- a proactive, self-motivated approach to managing projects and solving problems
- strong listening and communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit
- willingness to travel to project sites when needed
