About the job
The position offered is a key senior role, including job running and a significant element of practice management. Alongside the two directors, you will also help lead internal and external project teams to deliver multiple projects to BWA’s exacting standards, on time and to budget. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of new projects, several now at concept stage, helping to steer them through to completion.
The position is at the same time operational and client-facing.
You will be an experienced Part 3, (or equivalent) project architect and team leader with five-plus years of experience.
You will also have:
- a commitment to design excellence
- excellent technical knowledge and construction detailing ability
- job running experience at all stages in the UK
- the ability to be well-organised and reliable
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- competence in CAD, NBS and Adobe Suite
Salary package
BWA offers competitive salary packages commensurate with seniority and experience and in line with the RIBA Salary Guide and London weighting.
