BDP has an opportunity for an architect – heritage sector to join its team in Clerkenwell, London.
We have a few opportunities for qualified architects with significant historic
experience to work on a major heritage projects in the heart of central London.
Ideally, you will have experience working as a qualified architect within a leading design organisation and be registered with the ARB. You will have excellent design, technical and software skills. You will be able to work collaboratively and productively in design teams with project experience from inception to completion. Your portfolio will illustrate excellent design skills on a range of medium to large scale new builds and refurbishment projects.
Ideally, you will have experience of using Revit systems, with the ability to train and mentor other members of staff.
You will also be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and a collaborative team-working style. You will be able to work effectively with people at all levels and from all backgrounds, be able to work to tight deadlines and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Please note that the successful candidate would require to undergo a security check and so you will need to have at least three years UK residency in order to work on the project.
