BeforeBricks is hiring a customer support and admin assistant to join its team remotely.

BeforeBricks is a fast-growing architectural design and planning company working with homeowners, landlords, and developers across the UK. We’re on a mission to make quality architecture more accessible – and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented customer support and admin assistant to help us grow and deliver outstanding service.
This is a vital support role, bridging clients, architects, and councils. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth project delivery, clear communication, and efficient back-office operations.
Key responsibilities:
- responding to client enquiries via email in a clear, helpful, and human tone (not a generic customer service voice)
- assigning projects to the architectural team and managing client updates
- coordinating deadlines and acting as the link between architects, sales, clients and councils
- sending quotes, invoices, appointment confirmations, and follow-up messages
- following up with clients to collect documents, feedback, and reviews
- organising and updating project files, records, and internal trackers
- supporting the team with scheduling, task tracking, and general admin tasks
What we’re looking for:
- excellent written communication – clear, friendly, and professional
- highly organised with strong attention to detail and consistency
- proactive, dependable, and calm under pressure
- able to work independently and manage your own workload remotely
- prior experience in administrative or client support roles is desirable
- empathetic communication style and a people-first mindset
- right to work in the UK
- a reliable internet connection and suitable remote working setup
