Global events manager

Bespoke Careers is hiring a part-time global events manager to join its team remotely.
Are you ready to take the helm of Bespoke Careers’ global event strategy, delivering top-tier events that demonstrate our expertise, foster valuable industry relationships, and drive engagement and growth worldwide?
As global events manager, you’ll be working with local managing directors, the marketing lead and local operations teams to plan, optimise and amplify memorable experiences for clients, candidates and students alike within the architecture and design industry.
In addition to the autonomy of remote working, you’ll have the freedom to innovate and make this role your own. You’ll spearhead research and propose creative concepts, ensuring each event not only leaves a lasting impression but also aligns strategically with our business goals.
You will also be identifying valuable external industry events, ensuring company presence and maximising pre and post-event amplification.
You’ll be responsible for all event logistics from concept through to completion.
Key responsibilities:
- lead varied events across our seven global offices from concept through to completion
- develop new event ideas in line with business objectives
- work with local operations teams to organise event logistics: including invitations, managing RSVPs and any event follow-ups
- coordinate content creation and branding during events to ensure maximum amplification
- utilise and grow Bespoke Career’s extensive global network
- monitor and report on ROI and other KPIs, providing insight for future enhancements
Key requirements:
- prior experience in event planning and execution, preferably within the A&D industry
- strong organisational and communication skills
- strategic thinking and creative ability
- competence in logistics management
- familiarity with media relations and analysis
