With a focus on redefining cooking spaces, we specialise in creating beautiful, functional, and versatile environments for modern living. Our key product is the TPB tech invisible induction which we distribute throughout the UK exclusively.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales specialist to join our team in London on a permanent basis, offering a salary of £25,000 to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience. We have great expectations for the company and wish to create an ambitious team who will help us to continue expanding. As a company driven by sales, hard work will be rewarded and there will be turnover based bonuses.

The role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is integral to driving our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads, coordinating consultations, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.

As a company with an established and successful marketing strategy, we have a contstant flow of qualified leads making this a very attractive sales role. You will often be selling to members of the public who already want the product so your role will be to guide them through the specifics, answer questions about the products, follow up on leads, closing the sale and liaising with client throughout.

Our experience centre is located at 332 Richmond Road, TW1 2DU and is 5 days a week Tuesday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

  • prospect engagement – initiate and maintain contact with potential clients – both consumers and trade professionals – to introduce TPB Tech’s unique offerings and enhance brand awareness
  • lead qualification – identify and assess high-quality leads that align with sales team requirements
  • appointment scheduling – arrange and coordinate design consultations and showroom visits with qualified prospects
  • data management – accurately document interactions and lead statuses in our CRM system to streamline follow-ups and ensure an effective sales funnel
  • team collaboration – work closely with sales marketing and logistics teams to align efforts, share insights and support specific campaigns and lead generation projects
  • aftersales – to assist clients with any issues or questions post installation of the product

Accountabilities and metrics

  • lead generation and qualification – consistently generate, qualify and prioritise leads to achieve high-value appointments
  • appointment setting – meet monthly targets for design consultation bookings with qualified prospects
  • CRM accuracy – ensure 100 per cent accuracy in maintaining lead records, including notes and follow-up actions
  • collaboration – contribute to refining outreach strategies and ensuring alignment between sales and marketing

Required skills and qualifications

  • exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • strong research and analytical abilities to identify and prioritise leads effectively
  • proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and other lead generation tools
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • goal-oriented, with a proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in the design, kitchen or interior sectors is advantageous

It would be helpful for appliacants to have some design knowledge but it is not essential as full training on the products will be provided.
