- technical proficiency: you’re skilled in AutoCAD and have an excellent understanding of UK building regulations
- attention to detail: you have a meticulous eye for materials, finishes and bespoke detailing
- passion for FF&E: your knowledge of suppliers, products and finishes is second to none
- on-site experience: you’re comfortable overseeing projects on-site, ensuring every detail aligns with the design vision
- communication skills: you can articulate ideas clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person
What you’ll do:
- lead projects: manage multiple residential projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard
- space planning: deliver confident, experienced and skilled space planning, applying your knowledge of the planning process and building regulations where applicable
- design detailing: lead design detailing across projects. You’ll produce and supervise the production of technical drawings, specifications and project documentation, demonstrating a thorough understanding of materials and manufacturing
- collaborate and advise: work closely with the rest of the design team, offering technical guidance and solving any challenges that arise
- client relations: alongside our creative director, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional brand representation
- on-site supervision: oversee the implementation of designs on-site, making sure everything meets our exacting standards
- communication: engage in day-to-day communication with contractors, sub-contractors and all other teams involved in the project, ensuring smooth collaboration and problem-solving as needed
Perks of the job:
- career growth: we’re committed to your development with plenty of opportunities for training and progression
- work-life balance: enjoy an early finish on Fridays and increasing holiday entitlement the longer you’re with us
- community and fun: our social calendar is packed with events and we offer a cycle-to-work scheme to keep you healthy and happy
- pension plan: we contribute to your pension to help secure your future
