Our studio is led by husband-and-wife team Toly and Olga, who established the practice in 2013 with a specialisation in bespoke luxury homes. We are a boutique studio, meaning our team is close-knit, collaborative, and friendly, allowing us to take a highly personalised approach to each project.
About the role
This is a senior role focusing on the day-to-day delivery of interior design projects through all stages. This isn’t just a job – it’s an opportunity to lead and shape exciting projects both here in the UK and internationally. We’re seeking an experienced and versatile professional with expertise in interior architecture and FF&E in the luxury residential sector. From concept to completion, you’ll bring creativity, technical skill, and a keen eye for detail to every aspect of the design process.

What you’ll bring:
- expertise in interior architecture: You have at least five years’ of experience, with a strong focus on luxury residential projects
- technical proficiency – you’re skilled in AutoCAD and have an excellent understanding of UK building regulations
- attention to detail – you have a meticulous eye for materials, finishes, and bespoke detailing
- passion for FF&E – your knowledge of suppliers, products, and finishes is second to none
- on-site experience – eou’re comfortable overseeing projects on-site, ensuring every detail aligns with the design vision
- communication skills – you can articulate ideas clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person
What you’ll do:
- lead projects – manage residential projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
- space planning – deliver confident, experienced, and skilled space planning, applying your knowledge of the planning process and building regulations where applicable
- design detailing – lead design detailing across projects. You’ll produce and supervise the production of technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation, demonstrating a thorough understanding of materials and manufacturing
- collaborate and advise – work closely with the rest of the design team, offering technical guidance and solving any challenges that arise
- client relations – alongside our creative director and head of design, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional brand representation
- on-site supervision – oversee the implementation of designs on-site, making sure everything meets our exacting standards
- communication – engage in day-to-day communication with suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors, and all other teams involved in the project, ensuring smooth collaboration and problem-solving as needed

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
