Here are a few things you need to have before you apply:
- Part 3 qualification
- experience managing projects through RIBA work stages
- minimum of two years’ experience
- advanced knowledge of building regulations
- good communication, coordination, and organisational skills
- excellent time management skills
- ability to work both independently and as a team member
- legally allowed to live and work in the UK
