Here are a few things you need to have before you apply:

  • Part 3 qualification
  • experience managing projects through RIBA work stages
  • minimum of two years’ experience
  • advanced knowledge of building regulations
  • good communication, coordination, and organisational skills
  • excellent time management skills
  • ability to work both independently and as a team member
  • legally allowed to live and work in the UK
