Blyth-Collinson Interiors is seeking a German-speaking senior hospitality designer to join its team in London.

Location: London with travel required
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented hospitality designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing innovative spaces within the hospitality industry and must be fluent in German.
Key responsibilities:
- design and develop unique hospitality concepts
- collaborate with in-house team, the client and project teams to create exceptional guest experiences
- proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for 3D design and visualisation
- manage multiple projects, staying organised and detail-oriented at all times
Requirements:
- fluent in German (spoken and written)
- highly organised, with the ability to manage tight deadlines
- willingness to travel internationally as needed
- strong knowledge of current design trends and materials in the hospitality industry
Qualifications:
- graduate of architecture or design school, equivalent experience may be substituted
- six-plus years’ proven experience in luxury hotel and F&B hospitality projects
- familiarity with five-star luxury and premium hotel design processes is highly favourable
- proven experience leading and mentoring teams across all project stages

Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- proficiency  AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is essential
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and SketchUp
- creative problem solver with a keen eye for design detail
- solid technical and construction knowledge, coupled with strong managerial skills
- ability to thrive under pressure, delivering exceptional results while supporting team cohesion
- collaborative team player
- strong spatial planning skills and experience in producing drawing packages
- passion for luxury and boutique design and a commitment to teamwork
- extensive knowledge of CDs and procedures
- a solid understanding of UK building regulations.
- additional knowledge of European regulations would also be advantageous
- extensive knowledge of contract administration
- extensive presentation and graphic communication skills
