Bompas & Parr has an opportunity for a finance manager to join its team in London.

As finance manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our creative studio.

This position offers the unique opportunity to work in a creative environment while utilising your finance expertise to support our projects and contribute to our continued success.

Objectives for this role:

• oversee all financial aspects of Bompas & Parr, including forecasting and financial reporting
• manage bookkeeping and bank reconciliation on Paprika
• manage purchase and sales ledgers
• manage staff expenses and credit card submissions for monthly reconciliation
• conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes, including business profitability analysis and cost-benefit assessments
• monitor cash flow and liquidity to optimise working capital and ensure financial stability
• produce quarterly management accounts
• liaise with vendors and suppliers to manage payments and maintain positive relationships
• coordinate tax planning and compliance activities, working closely with external advisors to optimise tax efficiency
• manage the monthly payroll
• utilise financial management systems, including Paprika, to streamline processes, track expenses and generate reports
• identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function, implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives
