BPTW is looking for architectural assistants or qualified architects to join its team in London.

The role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic experienced architectural assistants and qualified architects who are looking to develop their careers within a dynamic and sociable practice.
An ideal candidate will have experience of project running within a UK architectural environment and an understanding of UK building regulations. They will require excellent communication skills and will be liaising directly with clients and consultants. They will also need to be comfortable working in an open-plan multi-team studio.
We need individuals who are motivated and can demonstrate ambition and initiative. They will be able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. The role may also require the supervision of other team members.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
- residential (preferably large scale) and regeneration experience
- ability to lead on projects and work as part of a larger team
- ability and confidence to act as a liaison between clients/contractors and consultants
- working knowledge of current UK building regulations
- REVIT experience
- strong conceptual design skills
- proven design experience in practice
- self-motivation, enthusiasm and outstanding communication skills
We would particularly welcome applications from those who have experience in project running and delivery, construction detailing skills and knowledge of other software such as Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp.
