BPTW is seeking a business development and marketing coordinator to join its team in London.

The role

Due to exciting growth and review of the practice structure, we are looking for a highly motivated business development and marketing coordinator to support our business development, bids and marketing activities within the practice implementing marketing, business development and PR initiatives and coordinating and supporting our bid submissions.

The role will involve working closely with our senior management team and building strong relationships internally and externally, co-ordinating high-quality bid proposals and tender submissions, assisting in the delivery of marketing activities, co-ordinating events, delivering our PR, e-communications, social media, internal and external comms and general marketing functions.

You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, should be self-motivated, highly organised and be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Applicants must be educated to degree level. Marketing experience working within the built environment will be a distinct advantage, as will experience working on bids.

We will also welcome applications from those with experience in the architecture and construction industry looking to change career paths.

  • educated to degree level in English, marketing, communications, business, or similar field (or equivalent professional qualifications/experience)
  • experience with e-communications and social media
  • experience coordinating client relations and marketing activities
  • experience of event coordination
  • a visual eye with the ability to interrogate and appreciate architectural images and would be beneficial
  • experience in the built-environment industry would be an advantage
  • experience coordinating bid and tender submissions would be an advantage
  • experience using the Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Location

This role is based at our studios in Greenwich, London.
