Brown Studio is seeking a Part 2 or Part 3 architect to join its team in Leicester, UK.

You will be working on interior design projects in the restaurant and hospitality sectors.

Working within a project team, you will be fully immersed at all levels of the design process on a daily basis.

For this role, candidates should clearly show competent knowledge and natural passion for great design and have high attention to detail.

The candidate should also:

• be meticulous, highly organised, efficient and maintain accurate records
• be a team player and able to support as well as contribute to a positive working environment
• be capable of clear communication; fluent in English, both written and verbal
• be fluent in AutoCAD, proficient in Photoshop and InDesign as well as having knowledge of SketchUp
• demonstrate confidence in sketching and presenting new ideas
• show experience of delivering neat, clear and accurate design information
• be able to confidently represent the company externally
• liaise with the directors to understand their design requirements and develop working drawings from sketches or descriptions
• revise and update CAD drawings as required
• provide accurate, detailed and to-scale drawings
