Bubble Architects is hiring a project architect/senior project architect to join its team in London.

Role and responsibilities:

• lead projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
• produce detailed technical drawings and coordinate with consultants
• present design concepts and manage client relationships
• manage day-to-day project delivery
• work closely with the construction teams
• mentor and support junior team members
• contribute to the implementation of BIM (currently using Revit)

Required skills and experience:

• three/five plus years’ UK experience working on bespoke and/or residential projects
• strong design skills with a creative and innovative mindset
• experience delivering projects from early concept to completion
• being able to work in a small team
• confident in technical detailing and producing construction drawings
• knowledge of JCT/Contract Administration
• excellent communication skills and ability to manage client expectations
• Revit proficiency (BIM experience beneficial)
• the ideal candidate has experience in social housing schemes but not essential
• ideally Party Wall knowledge but not essential
