Build Up is seeking an office manager to develop and manage our organisational systems as we continue to grow.

You’ll be joining an ambitious charity that runs construction projects for young people, supporting and guiding them as they design and build permanent public spaces. Our work helps young people make decisions about their community and become skilled, capable and confident citizens.

If you’re a self-managing individual who combines financial, administrative and communication skills with the experience, passion and flexibility to help a young organisation grow, we’d love to hear from you.
Your role will include setting up and managing financial systems, handling Build Up’s project schedule, coordinating HR, organising team and board functions, and communicating our work online. For more details about your responsibilities, please see the full job description.
Salary: £26,500 – 28,500 (pro rata), dependent on experience
Hours: part time (16 hours per week). Open to flexible working hours
Holiday: 35 days (pro rata) holiday including bank holidays
Pension: employer contribution 8%, employee contribution 4%
