Carlo Ratti Associati is seeking a business development intern to join its team in Turin, Italy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong affinity for new technologies and will be curious to learn about the inner workings of a world-leading architecture firm. You will work on various initiatives within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team and be mentored by experienced professionals. You will support the business development associates in the daily operational and functional management of activities, development of proposals, preparation for competitions and administrative documents.
What will you do:
- assist BD Associates in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
- support BD Associates in selecting and liaising with strategic partners for international competitions
- help prepare and refine proposals for the studio’s projects
- coordinate the handover of projects to the design team with BD Associates’ support
- prepare strategic and conceptual documents representing CRA’s vision
- prepare reports using data from our CRM to illustrate the strategy and innovation team’s activities to other team members
Requirements:
- currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in architecture or a related field
- no prior work experience required
- fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of another language is a plus
- excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- knowledge of CRA’s work and vision is an asset
- interest in marketing
- proficiency in Excel
- familiarity with Indesign, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office – knowledge of Hubspot or other CRM software is a plus
- enthusiasm for growing in a stimulating and positive setting
