Case is looking for a junior product developer to join its growing London-based team.

About the job

This is a full time, office-based role involved in all aspects of the development process from concept to production of new furniture and accessories. As a small team we will often be working on multiple products and projects at the same time, with this in mind strong graphic design skills/presentation would also be an advantage.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • producing technical drawings/3D models and visuals of new developments
  • technical problem solving
  • researching and ensuring products are compliant to current regulations
  • generating the product instructions
  • working on the packaging specification to ensure product is in perfect condition on delivery and compliant to client needs
  • assisting with the launch of new product and web updates, including updating images, diagrams and product descriptions etc
  • research into new market areas/products when required
  • assisting with our in-store/exhibition/web/print graphic design
  • working closely with the rest of the development team and our sales and marketing team as well as designers and suppliers
  • strong communication/organisational skills and good time management skills are essential

The role is based in our Wandsworth showroom/office between 9:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.

Key attributes:

  • degree in furniture/product/3D Design
  • experience in the design/manufacturing industry
  • ability to develop furniture/accessories from concept to final production
  • experience with Rhino, V-ray and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign) essential
  • a structured mindset with good time management
  • proactive, dynamic and collaborative
  • fluent in English, oral and written
