Casson Mann is seeking a middleweight designer to join its team in London.

Key responsibilities:

• day-to-day management of small design projects or self-contained parts of larger projects (with guidance)
• contributing to written stage reports and exhibition description sheets
• leading and guiding junior designers
• direct involvement with clients on specific aspects of projects
• generating original ideas and interpretive concepts
• clearly articulating ideas to clients
• practical detailing and liaising with contractors

Essential skills and experience:

• minimum of three years’ of relevant experience
• excellent collaborative skills
• strong understanding of all stages of a design project
• ability to manage the administrative aspects of your work
• degree or equivalent in interior/exhibition design
• highly proficient in Vectorworks and other 3D software, including Adobe Suite
• self-motivated and passionate about museums

Desirable skills:

• experience with a 3D rendering packages
• experience of film editing software
• experience with exhibitions containing Audio visual installations
• French language skills would be highly advantageous
