Join our award-winning studio based in Notting Hill. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a hands-on role in high-end residential renovation projects ranging from £1m to £5m, working directly with our creative director, Catherine.
The role:
- work daily on technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
- strong AutoCAD skills and proficiency in SketchUp and Enscape
- use SketchUp and Enscape for 3D modelling and visualisation to bring designs to life
- strong technical skills
- attention to detail and ability to collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
Responsibilities:
- produce detailed and accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD
- create high-quality SketchUp models and visualisations
- utilise Enscape to produce realistic renders for client presentations
- liaise with the Procurement Manager to ensure installation deadlines are met
- conduct site visits and liaise with contractors to ensure design intent is realised
- manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
About you
At least 4 years of experience in London’s high-end residential interior design market and a strong portfolio showcasing technical drawings in AutoCAD and excellent SketchUp modelling and Enscape renderings.
Required skills:
- advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
- competency in SketchUp with a working knowledge of Enscape
- a flair for FF&E design is a bonus but not essential
- technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign)
- a solid understanding of design and construction processes
- excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- a valid driving license is preferred but not essential
