Part 2 architectural assistant
at Chapman Architects
Chapman Architects is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its practice in London.
This is a great opportunity to develop strong all-round skills and gain support through your Part 3.
CA has a portfolio of high-end projects in and around London, most are mixed-use, including headquarters buildings, retail and offices and encompass both new build and the restoration of some unique buildings. We are a small to medium-sized young and friendly practice, looking for a personable architectural assistant to join us.
Qualities and experience:
- at least one year’s experience working in practice post-Part 1
- experience of working in Revit or ArchiCAD
- a strong work ethic, you will be expected to be punctual and to work to deadlines
- experience of working with contractors and consultants
- friendly and personable, with the ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
This is a full-time role, working in our office in Bermondsey, London SE1, from Monday to Thursday and working from home on Friday.
