Conran and Partners is hiring a technical and compliance lead to join its team in London.
Conran and Partners is an international architecture and interior design practice working across a wide range of sectors and typologies, with studios in London and Hong Kong.
The practice is seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical and compliance lead to join our dynamic team at an associate level.
This role involves technical and compliance leadership across the practice including team mentorship, and overseeing technical documentation and project specifications, as well as hands-on involvement on key projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take the lead on developing the practice’s procedures and design processes to ensure excellence through all stages of design in UK and internationally.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive experience and competence on a range of project types, including Higher Risk Buildings, through the technical stages of design and delivering of projects. All with a view to enhancing the practice’s ability to respond to the BSA as duty holders and principal designers.
This is a full-time position. All candidates should be eligible to work in the UK.
