Cook Belacevic Haffner + Partners is a design-focused architecture and planning office with a focus on world-class international architecture and master planning projects in Europe and the Middle East. This is an operation design leadership role leading project design teams which offers significant professional growth opportunities.
The role:
- independently lead design teams, workshops and design reviews; working with the partner to instil design excellence across architecture and master planning projects
- reports directly to the partner
- implement cutting-edge design activities for the team
- cultivate and mentor design teams, fostering a design culture and collaborative environment
- increase design efficiencies through work-flow improvements
- support where required project management, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets
Experience:
- hold an ARB/RIBA accreditation and multiple years of practice experience
- design excellence is paramount, with experience on groundbreaking projects with international design architects
- showcase exceptional client-facing presentation skills
- embody a personable and approachable demeanour
- boast a proven track record of delivering world-class projects across all RIBA early design stages (pre-concept, concept, schematic)
- high level of proficiency in a range of design-led software (Rhino, Revit, Enscape, Adobe Suite, etc)
