Cousins & Cousins is looking to recruit an architect/project architect to join its practice in London.
Cousins & Cousins is an 18 person architecture and interior design practice, working across the residential, workplace, hospitality and cultural sectors.
We are seeking a talented architect/project architect with a minimum of three years post-Part 3 experience and a proven track record of working on high-end commercial and residential projects across all RIBA work stages. Considerable experience at RIBA stage four and beyond is essential, with particular emphasis on the detailed design and delivery of both refurbishment and new-build projects.
The successful applicant will have an eye for contemporary design, detail and interiors, be able to work autonomously, be confident, client and contractor-facing, and have significant experience acting as lead designer to coordinate medium-to-large scale projects. Applicants should also have excellent technical, problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
Given the current situation, new recruits would initially be working from home. As such, candidates should be self-motivated, be able to work autonomously, and have excellent time-management.
Knowledge of 2D Microstation, Photoshop and InDesign essential. Experience in 3d modelling and producing visualisations would be beneficial.
Availability for an immediate start would be ideal.
